The wine list at pinch is composed with focus on the elements of value, craftsmanship and food friendliness. With meticulous intention, we strive to showcase producers that span the globe and capture the true character of the grape, terroir and winemaker. Older vintages and large format bottles include producers such as Anderson Family Vineyards, Walter Scott, Ayres, Bergström, Clos Rougeard, Domaine Leroy, Roagna and Domaine de la Romaneé Conti.

A Sunday afternoon festival of all things shellfish kicked off with a complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival! Multitiered towers of sea creatures piled high on ice with crisp white wines and ice-cold tall boys of pFriem lager and other fun snacks including all you can eat oyster crackers!

Just in time for the dog days of spring and summer, Join us and 3 of our favorite distributors for a chance to taste, learn about 15 distinctive different rosé wines from all across the globe as well as purchase below retail pricing to stock your cellar! This will be an informal open house format tasting with snacks that just may pair with these delicious wines. We will also host a casual family style multi coursed dinner to follow. As spring settles in the valley, we welcome an abundance of beautiful vegetables, seafood and meats thoughtfully prepared to pair with these wines!
