The wine list at pinch is composed with focus on the elements of value, craftsmanship and food friendliness. With meticulous intention, we strive to showcase producers that span the globe and capture the true character of the grape, terroir and winemaker. Older vintages and large format bottles include producers such as Anderson Family Vineyards, Walter Scott, Ayres, Bergström, Clos Rougeard, Domaine Leroy, Roagna and Domaine de la Romaneé Conti.

A Sunday afternoon festival of all things shellfish kicked off with a complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival! Multitiered towers of sea creatures piled high on ice with crisp white wines and ice-cold tall boys of pFriem lager and other fun snacks including all you can eat oyster crackers!
Petite tower $150 (serves 1-2)
12 oysters
6 spice poached prawns
dungeness crab cocktail (2 ounces)
scallop crudo, kaffir lime, coconut milk
hamachi tartare, fresno chili, crispy nori
